Q: When are bids due?
A: Bids will be filled on a rolling admission basis based on geographic diversity and strength of program. Bid payments are due by March 15th, 2009. After that date, there will be a late fee of $25.00 assessed for each team that has not submitted their bid payment.
Q: What's the refund schedule
A: Please check the refunds section for more information.
Q: Will there be food at the site?
A: We will have the standard fare of bagels, fruit and water. We will also have concession fare available.
Q: Will there be tournament merchandise for sale?
A: Yes, there will be discs and 5Ultimate apparel for sale.
Q: Will there be a party?
A: We will be either hosting an exhibition game during the last round on Saturday, or throwing a party. Please stay tuned as details are worked out.
Q: Is camping allowed at the fields?
A: Sorry, there is NO CAMPING at the Blue Heron Farms. However, we do have hotel deals set up for the weekend. Check the hotels section for more information.
Q: Will there be a tournament hotel?
Yes - we're in the process of locking in a great deal in the St. Louis area. Go to the hotels section for more information on how to book.
Q: Are dogs allowed?
A: Dogs are also not permitted, please leave Rover at home. Is that joke old?
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: We will have a full back up plan in place for St. Louis by mid March. Check back here for more details.
