How to Register

The Registration process for Trouble in Vegas 2010 is in 2 parts.
Part 1: Submitting a Team Bid

To submit a team bid, a team captain/organizer will need to fill out the form on the following page. Please check over the following items before submitting a bid:

* In place of a per-team bid cost, the entry fee is calculated by the number of players per team. The per-player fee is $25.00 (before December 17th).

* Upon being accepted, your place in the tournament is secured upon the submission of a deposit of $350. This deposit is good for 14 player fees. The final roster size (and applicable bid fees) are due by December 17th. If possible, please submit all deposits through our online payment system. Please see our refund policy for team and individual deposit refunds.

* Once the team form on the next page has been filled out, we will review your bid and send you a team verification code. The organizer can use this code to add/subtract players from the team roster.

*50 Spots in the Men’s Division and 20 Spots in the Women’s Division will be filled on a first come, first served basis. A bid is filled when the deposit has been made, NOT WHEN YOUR TEAM IS ACCEPTED. The remainder of the bids will be distributed based on geographic diversity, team strength, and history at Cu1timate tournaments. Bids will be accepted starting on Tuesday, November 24th.

Part 2: Team Rosters and Individual Payment

Once a captain/organizer has submitted a bid and received a team confirmation code, they can use this code to add/subtract players to their team roster.

* The deposit of $350 covers the first 14 players on the roster, and secures your bid. The payment for the remainder of players on the roster is due by December 17th, 2009. Players can be added to the team roster until January 10th, 2010 at a cost of $35 per player. Any team who has not submitted the deposit by December 17th, 2009 will be dropped / replaced.

*For teams whose payments will be through Club Sports Departments, contact between your Club Sports contact and Cu1timate can allow for extensions on deadlines. If you know your Club Sports Department’s process will extend past the deadline, please arrange communication between us (contact coordinator@cultimate.com).

* The team roster deadline is January 10th, 2010. Players added after January 10th will be at a cost $45 per player.

* Organizers may remove players from their roster at any time before January 10th, 2010. Please see our refund policy for details.
