How to submit a bid

To submit a team bid, a team captain/organizer will need to fill out the form on the following page. Please check over the following items before submitting a bid:

• Bids will be filled on a rolling basis based on geographic diversity and strength of program
• Once the team form on the next page has been filled out, we will review your bid and send you a confirmation email if we have a spot for your team in your division of choice.
• After you have received your confirmation email, please send us a bid check to complete the registration process.
• Bid cost is $295 per team OR $500 for an X/Y Split
• All bid checks must be received by October 5th
• A $25.00 charge will be assessed to any team that has not paid by October 5th Sorry, no exceptions.
